Members of our class can update their profile as needed to instantly share information with the rest of the class. The Class Directory allows classmates to locate other classmates that have created a profile. Information on the Class Directory is only available to classmates that log on to the site.
Our January gathering of the Charleston 83 group, and their families, will be an
oyster roast on Sullivans Island at Will Haynie's family house on Friday,
January 27th at 6:30 pm. The house is the Blake House at 1105 Middle Street. You can view a
map and get directions here.
Please make plans to be there for a fun night of oysters and fellowship
with our classmates and their families.
We will be in touch later with more details and directions.
There are a few things that I must ask of everyone:
- Please make sure you get me an RSVP with a good number of attendees by Tuesday, January 24th. We will need to know how many oyster eaters we will have so we can buy enough oysters.
- We will also need to collect some money from everyone so we can purchase the oysters. At last check they were about $25/ bushel.
Please plan on bringing a side dish to share with everyone also.
You will also need to bring whatever you and your family want to drink.
- Lastly, but most important, we are going to need some help getting ready, cooking, and cleaning up.

Frank Byrdic passed away Monday, Nov. 28, 2011. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011, at West End Baptist Church. Burial will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Grandview Memorial Park-Cherry Road.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Frank's name to the American Heart Association, 310-B Bennett Center Dr., Greer, SC 29650 or to West End Baptist Church, 1727 McConnells Hwy., Rock Hill, SC 29732.
